Nature is our home.
To us, being based in the Westerwald Mountains, environment “naturally” means a lot. Surrounded by meadows and woodland and situated on a hill typical for this region, we are always reminded of the responsibility we have towards ourselves and our children.
Even if it’s only small steps to start with, we will continue in our endeavour to do more for this. By now, we have implemented the following measures under our environmental programme:
- Environmental certification pursuant to ISO 14001
- Installation of a 100 kW photovoltaic power plant on the new factory building
- Errection of a 6 kW wind turbine to generate power for our own production
- System for taking back empty packaging
- Development of new products focusing on the use of renewable resources
